Cancelation Policy For Standard Room Rates
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total reservation price if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- The 50% of the total payment is needed as a prepayment at the time of booking. This prepayment is Fully Refundable in case of cancelation 5 days before arrival.

- Hotel Rachel will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest at the time of booking.
